Terms & Conditions
1. REGISTRATIONS AND BOOKING
1.1 To enrol in riding lessons, individuals must complete the online contact form. Upon contact, you will receive the sign-up application form,
which must be completed online. Different terms and conditions apply to various packages, as specified in the application forms.
2. SAFETY RULES
2.1 All riders must wear approved helmets and appropriate footwear while on the premises.
2.2 Riders are expected to adhere to safety guidelines provided by instructors and staff.
3. PAYMENTS AND FEES
3.1 Payment can be made securely online through our payment gateway.
3.2 Lesson fees are non-refundable
3.3 Monthly packages require advance payment on a recurring basis.
3.4 Bookings for trail rides or one-time lessons are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3.5 Fees must be paid during school holidays; however, reduced fees may apply in December and January. Please note that horse care
expenses persist even during non-lesson periods.
4. RIDING ETIQUETTE
4.1 Riders must arrive punctually.
4.2 Proper grooming and tacking up procedures will be taught during lessons
5. HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
5.1 Riders must inform the riding school of any medical conditions or allergies before participating.
5.2 Riders should be in good health and physical condition for safe participation.
6. LESSON POLICIES
6.1 Riders must be at least 4 years old to participate.
6.2 Weight restrictions: 85kg for lessons and 100kg for trail rides.
7. LIABILITY AND WAIVER
7.1 All riders must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any lessons or activities.
7.2 Nicky’s Riding School is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
8. CODE OF CONDUCT
8.1 Riders must be respectful to instructors, staff, and fellow riders at all times.
8.2 Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in service termination without a refund.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
9.1 Nicky’s Riding School reserves the right to terminate services if safety guidelines are consistently violated or lessons are disrupted.
9.2 One month written notice is required to cancel monthly lessons.
9.3 A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule booked trail rides or one-time lessons. No refunds are provided.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
10.1 Personal information collected during registration is used solely for providing riding lessons. We comply with data protection laws and
do not share your information with third parties. By registering, you acknowledge and understand the outlined terms and conditions,
as well as those in the application forms.
